To register for an appointment and initiate the document verification process, please follow the steps below:

1. Fill out the registration form: Provide accurate and complete information in the registration form, including your personal details, contact information, and preferred appointment date and time.
2. Upload required documents: Prepare and upload the necessary documents for verification, such as academic transcripts, certificates, identification documents, ID/ passport copies, and any other relevant materials.
3. Submit your application: Double-check all the information provided and click the submit button to complete the registration process.
4. Appointment confirmation: Once your registration is received, our team will review your application and contact you to confirm the appointment date and time for document verification.
5. Attend the appointment: On the scheduled date and time, please make sure to bring the original documents for verification. Our dedicated staff will carefully examine them and send them to the issuing authority to obtain official verification. The processing turnaround time for issuing authority verification is 15 to 25 working days.
6. Document verification process: After the verification, you will be informed about the outcome and the next steps in the process, ensuring that your application materials meet the required standards.
7. $30 Application Fee: To streamline our scholarship application and document verification process, a nominal $30 fee is applicable. This fee covers administrative expenses and ensures efficient handling of your application materials. Rest assured that this small investment paves the way for accessing exceptional educational opportunities through our comprehensive services.
8. Refund Policy: In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to the cancellation of your application or document verification process, our refund policy ensures a fair and transparent procedure. Kindly refer to our refund policy.
