- Scholarship and Admission Services: Learn in KSA provides guidance and support for scholarship and admission applications. Please note that refunds are not applicable once applications have been submitted or admission decisions have been made by the respective universities or scholarship providers.
- Timely Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a service, it is essential to notify Learn in KSA within 24 hours. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the unavailability of a refund.
- Case-by-Case Consideration: In exceptional circumstances, where there is a clear and justifiable reason for a refund request, Learn in KSA will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
- Processing Time: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days of the refund request being approved.
